Because our packaging and print products are custom-made to your exact specifications, your order undergoes a dedicated production process:
Proof Approval: Production begins only after you have reviewed and officially approved your digital design proof and payment has been confirmed.
Production Timeline: Standard custom packaging and printing runs typically take 5–7 business days to manufacture, quality-check, and prepare for shipment.
Processing Days: Our production facility operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping & Transit Times
Standard shipping transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines provided during checkout are approximate. Actual delivery dates may be affected by carrier high-demand periods, holidays, severe weather conditions, or customs clearances.
Shipping Availability

Shipping & Handling Charges
All shipping rates, handling fees, and expedited delivery charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination.

Order & Tracking Updates
Once your custom order has completed production and is handed over to our shipping carrier, we will immediately send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Transit Delays: If your shipment is significantly delayed beyond the estimated transit window, please reach out to our support team so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
